Brand Identity Development
A hexagon, a bee and a promise stamped right into the badge — the mark of nature, 100% natural.
About the project · our role · our approach
Beekeeper's is a natural honey brand. Its badge already carries the strategy: a hexagon, a detailed bee, 'estd 2002', 'The Mark of Nature' and '100% Natural'. Mohammed Vaseeuddin was asked to build a warm, trustworthy identity that lives up to the purity the mark already promises.
Study the honey range, its sourcing and the natural-food shelf.
Frame the brand around purity and the work of the hive.
Badge usage, label architecture, palette and type.
History & heritage
Beekeeper's was founded in 2002 by people who refused to cut their honey — built on the belief that the most trustworthy product is the one nature already finished. The hexagon is the honeycomb itself; the bee is the maker; and the surrounding promises ('The Mark of Nature', '100% Natural') turn the badge into a seal of trust before a word is read.
Mission · vision · promise · essence statement
To deliver honey exactly as the hive made it — pure, raw and unaltered.
To become the regional shorthand for honey with nothing added.
What's in the jar is what the bees made. Nothing more.
Beekeeper's is purity made visible — the mark of nature, kept honest.
The principles that guide Beekeeper's
Meaning · culture · interpretation
'Beekeeper's' centres the maker; the hexagon and bee signal honeycomb, craft and certification at once.
Honey is an ancient symbol of purity and care — the badge taps that instinctive trust.
Comfort, warmth and the reassurance of something genuinely natural.
Keep the hexagon seal and the two promises; let honey amber lead, grounded by deep ink and an optional meadow green.
Archetype · personality · tone of voice
Warm, honest and unhurried — Beekeeper's speaks like a keeper at a market stall: plain-spoken, proud of the craft and never over-promising.
Logo · typography · colour · mood
A tall condensed display face echoing the badge wordmark — characterful and artisanal.
A warm, readable serif for ingredients, story and body copy.
Dripping honey, honeycomb hexagons, wildflower meadows, kraft and amber glass, hand-stamped seals. Warm, golden and natural — artisanal without being twee.
